MediaWiki recently added support for temporary watchlist items which expire after a certain amount of time.

If implemented within Huggle, patrollers could use it to automatically watchlist warned users for some amount of time so that their watchlist is less cluttered in the long-term.

It could also be helpful to watchlist pages through a menu item, although I think this would be less beneficial than the above use case.
