Wikimedia Italia is planning to stream the Wikimedia Foundation's stream related to the Wikipedia 20 Birthday to some social networks. They have a person that will take care of a simultaneous translation service in Italian language.

Proposed solution
Like the community has done during their Italian Wiki conference 2020, Wikimedia Italia is probably planning to use a combination of Big Blue Button and Open Broadcaster Software to be able to stream on social networks the real-time Italian translation.
Another Jitsi Meeting room can be prepared to allow anyone to chat in real-time while watching the translated live stream without using proprietary JavaScript.
