"duplicity" on wikidata-todo.toolforge.org returns "503 Service Not Available" error message

Description

Hello,

the tool "duplicity" on wikidata-todo.toolforge.org returns a

503 Service Not Available

error message at least since yesterday.

For example:

should return a list of unconnected articles (to wikidata objects) from the german language wikipedia

should return a list of items with name "Roberto Cruz", so an unconnected article could be connected to a matching object.

Could you please check and/or restart the service?

Restarted wikidata-todo.

flickr2commons Flickr API calls have an error message from cloudfront, example. No idea what to do about that, seems to be an upstream issue.
