[enhancement] Hitting enter on "edit summary" dialog should submit the form

Description

A couple of usability tweaks:

autofocus the edit summary dialog's text field when it is displayed
setup an event handler to make hitting enter in the text field trigger the same action as clicking the "publish changes" button.
Bonus points: make hitting esc while the text field is focused act like the close button was clicked.
