Description

Visit https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Special:RecentChanges, filter by bots and then unregistered users.
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Special:RecentChanges?userExpLevel=unregistered&hidehumans=1&hidecategorization=1&hideWikibase=1&limit=500&days=30&urlversion=2

Current result: Displays a lot of edits that have been reverted.

Expected result: Should only show logged out bot edits.

https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Manual:Administrators#Rollback says that this is expected behavior for administrators using bot rollback. Normal rollbackers do not have the markbotedits right, but administrators, global rollbackers, and Stewards have this permission. While spot-checking, I was not able to find an instance where the edit was rolled back by a non-admin/steward/GR.

The easiest way to find out if they were intentionally using bot rollback or not would be to ask the administrators performing the rollbacks.

Ok, it is just a change I did not notice being added then.

@AntiCompositeNumber Note (all) rollbacks were indeed marked as bot edits for a brief period of time, see T280655: Incorrect bot marking for rollbacks. Not sure if this can actually be a dupe, didn't look at the rollbacks themselves.
