On https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/Commons:Copyright_rules_by_territory/Sweden there is no [edit] button after section 6.1 #Public art. The reason for this is unknown to me. Anyway, this leads to the all section [edit] buttons after it open the section n-1 instead of n. So if you for example want to edit section 8 #Threshold of originality, then section 7 is instead rendered in the editing panel. All sections before 6.1 work as they should.
