Description

User Story: As a firehose user, I am able to hook into a feed of revisions that are reverted by the community so that I can update my feeds ASAP and with priority when there is a necessary change.

@Protsack.stephan - this is probably already done but let's discuss a way to get this up front. By this, for now, it's meaning a feed of the revisions that are "oversighted", do we have this set up as a different stream or just part of another feed?
