Enable adding or editing senses on bodh tool

• Sense button is selected
• There is no P entry in the columns
• After clicking on Start button, sense column is generated along with boxes for lang codes
• Enable option to add/edit sense boxes with lang code boxes.

Use case(s) (describe the actual underlying problem which you want to solve, and not only a solution):
There are no proper tools to easily add senses for Wikidata lexemes. This feature will solve the issue
