What happens?:
When running the AWB general fix BoldTitle, under certain circumstances, AWB is not seeing the first bolded appearance of the article title and is instead bolding the second appearance. I *think* the cause is if the first appearance is nested in a formatting template, like Nihongo Foot in this case. May occur with other templates.

What should have happened instead?:
AWB should have seen the first appearance in the Nihongo Foot template, verified that it was already bold, and therefore done nothing.
