When admins try to block this IP address for any amount of time and with or without any options, MediaWiki says ""90.42.192.10" is already blocked." even though it is not and the block log is empty. There seems to be no global block either.

Even if no block was visible, I tried to unblock the IP adress and it worked (a message saying that the IP was unblocked displayed), so I could then block it again. But this doesn't explain why there was a previous invisible block.
