Link commons images to commons file page for attribution

Description

The UI layer is rendering commons images using our custom CommonsImage.vue component. This component should handle image attribution for us too so that we are in compliance with reuse of commons images. The most simple thing to do would be to link the image to the commons File page where all of the attribution and licensing data can be found.
