List of steps to reproduce (step by step, including full links if applicable):

  • Go to any page on enwiki.
  • Click on the CentralNotice banner that appears, telling you to vote for the Movement Charter committee.

What happens?:
It links you to a finished election.

What should have happened instead?:
It should've linked to an ongoing election with the relevant polling interface.
