history of page "0" broken in mobile view

Description

Steps to reproduce:

It should look like https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Special:History/1
Instead, there's just an error message ("No such pageCannot look at history for a page that doesn't exist. It may have been deleted or you may have followed a bad link.")

I tried several Wikipedias and got the same error everywhere. "0" seems to be the only page that is affected.

Tested with Firefox 93.0 and Microsoft Edge 94.0.992.50.

This should be fixed 1.38.0-wmf.5. See https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/MediaWiki_1.38/Roadmap#Schedule_for_the_deployments for the plan when the new versions gets deployed.
