Sometimes when you are watchlisting a certain redirect, it's preferable to view the changes to the redirect itself instead of its target page. Clicking on the title of the redirect page in either Special:Watchlist or Special:Watchlist/edit however brings you to the target page. It'd ease confusion if there was a choice between viewing the redirect or it's target, something like a checkbox, that would allow or disallow views of the full-redirect page (with redirect=no) depending on the user's choice.
