Design for a mobile view is absent so I suppose that images should be under the text, and the line-height of the title should be 39px;

Wikiquote image doesn't display. img src uses

Checked on the dev env.

tested and i still made some adjustments that I'm making aside from the design... some of that textual padding just doesn't work IMO and there's no reason to get design involved to move basic style things. Currently in a branch I'm working on (pre-merge request) so we can either keep this open just for that but I'm fine with this closing as this particular issue is resolved.
