Improve Toolhub's developer documentation
Open, MediumPublic

Description

As described in the team's Slack channel:

Today I started working on a “How to contribute to Toolhub –– even if you have never contributed to any Wikimedia project before” guide that aims to be extremely beginner friendly and comprehensive, covering the entire tech stack and including example workflows and troubleshooting tips.

Basically, it will be the document I wish I’d had when I started. The aim is for it to be useful to new contributors as well as anyone who needs a quick, practical overview of the Toolhub project in its entirety. It should also be useful for quickly deriving other docs and/or presentations from it.

The plan is to have it ready before the Hackathon 20-22 May. This is a somewhat arbitrary date as we are not yet sure to have any Toolhub dev-related activities, but my brain likes having some kind of deadline.

I will share the draft with you and tech engagement at large as soon as I feel it will benefit from feedback
