Description:
If a user edits a page, and create many formulars, either he (if he uses preview) or the
first user(s) trying to view the new page (which may be the same physical person, of
course) will get a server timeout because the server is busy generating the tex-pngs.
Suggestion to solve the problem: When a page is rendered, simply don't wait for the images
to be created. Tell that some images are being created and may not be shown therefore and
output the page as it would be outputted, if the images were present already. This is not
very nice, as one sees some tex-replacements instead of the images, but it prevents the
timeout. Of course, doing so would require another checkbox to allow the editor to force
wait for generation of images, so if he only creates of changes two or three formulas, he
doesn't need to preview twice.
