Go to https://meta.wikimedia.org
Type Special:Banner in the search bar

What happens?:
Three special pages are displayed as suggestions:

Special:BannerLoader
Special:BannerRandom
Special:BannerAllocation

What should have happened instead?:
Only Special:BannerAllocation should be shown.
Special:BannerLoader and Special:BannerRandom appear to be both behind the scenes parts of Central Notice, and shouldn't be visible. Visiting Special:BannerLoader outputs a raw error string (mw.centralNotice.handleBannerLoaderError("MissingRequiredParamsException while loading banner: '(none provided)'");), and visiting Special:BannerRandom shows the wikimedia error page with a 410 error.
