Add the Checkuser-toollinks message somewhere near results in 'Get edits' for edits made by IPs.

Would allow the useful links in Checkuser-toollinks to be used when checking using 'Get edits'.

Potentially this may add a lot more page content to the get edits page that is duplicated. A summary of IPs / accounts used, as could be added in T311378, to make this take up less space.
