Go to Special:MassMessage
Enter a page title, target list and edit summary
Press "Preview"

What happens?:
The section dropdown remains empty

What should have happened instead?:
The section dropdown should be filled

Software version (if not a Wikimedia wiki), browser information, screenshots, other information, etc.:
Up to date Firefox. enwiki. Used Wikipedia:Administrators' newsletter/Subscribe and Exam as the list and page (obviously didn't send)
