Quoting myself from a team Slack thread:

I knew about Citation Hunt, but not about the leaderboard! Now this gives me an idea… What if we had something like this for Toolhub? e.g. “Here’s a tool that lacks a repository link, see if you can find one!”

To be clear, this would not be a feature of Toolhub proper, but independently built on top of the existing API. I'm putting it here so that the idea doesn't get lost.

This could be bootstrapped during a Hackathon, or proposed as an Outreachy project.
