I had a brief look into this when it was reported, and clearing the WS Export cache didn't seem to help. It's a very strange bug. I assume it's a cache issue, but the cache is somewhere else (i.e. it's Chromium's cache, which is being used by Calibre).

However, since this was reported, we've upgraded the server (including upgrading Calibre), and I'm now not able to reproduce the issue (either with the above work or any other). So if anyone has more information about where this is happen please add details here!
