When I'm trying to get an current state of ksqldb and schema registry I want to be a able to look at the dashboard that will show me the current state of the service, so that I can make sure it's working properly.

I'm able to see a dashboard that will show the current state of the service.

- deploy prometheus to dev environment with IaC
