I'd like to change my LDAP CN to 'Aishik Rehman' to keep it consistent with my Wikimedia username.

Renaming LDAP accounts is unfortunately not currently technically possible.

Changing a Developer account's cn value is not difficult for Wikitech and Cloud VPS things. The problems with a cn change come from Gerrit. In the referenced ticket, the user requesting the rename is a volunteer SRE with the ability to administrate Gerrit. They handled the Gerrit changes that otherwise have been seen as a blocker to further account renaming per https://wikitech.wikimedia.org/wiki/SRE/LDAP/Renaming_users.
