What happens?:
- I've first submitted a initial membership request on toolforge: https://toolsadmin.wikimedia.org/tools/membership/status/1315
- I then made a duplicate request: https://toolsadmin.wikimedia.org/tools/membership/status/1317
- The first request is accepted, then the duplicate request is declined, in that order. See screenshot:
- I think I currently do not have access / membership, as my "Your tools" sidebar still has a button for "Join now", and there is no link for "Create new tool". See screenshot:
What should have happened instead?:
- I probably should not have been able to create a duplicate request
- I think I should get access / membership, as my first request is accepted, even though another request was declined. But I'm not familiar with toolforge or its inner working to say if this actually is the expected behaviour.
