I'm not sure that we're yet in a position to be able to write a specific tutorial for this.

Since this cluster is based on the same standards as the wikikube and ml-serve clusters, the instructions here are broadly applicable: https://wikitech.wikimedia.org/wiki/Kubernetes/Add_a_new_service

However, once we start defining the workloads that go onto the dse-k8s cluster, each one will be assessed and a deployment strategy set out for each one.
Some of these use cases may use the deployment pipeline exactly as set out in the docs above.

Others might use a hybrid model, where we allow different security groups different deployment rights.

For example, with Spark I foresee that we might deploy the spark-on-k8s-operator using the deployment pipeline, then we permit users of the stat boxes to submit spark jobs using the native Kubernetes integration.

I don't want to get ahead of ourselves and predict the output from T318535: Document ideas & investigation results from out spike with "Spark on k8s" [SPIKE - 1.5 Sprints] but I'm just saying that a simple tutorial for an unspecified workload isn't really within reach yet, in my opinion. So if it were up to me, I'd close this ticket for now.
