What happens?:
No respons, not even a http status code.

What should have happened instead?:
A JSON document with 200 status should be returned

Cannot reproduce from Central Europe, works as expected here. What the exact output with which tool, e.g. wget or curl?

Unfortunately https://toolsadmin.wikimedia.org/tools/id/toolviews does not list a place where to report bugs. :-/

No, it seems to begin to work again a couple of minutes ago.
