Description

We have known for some time that in order to make use of Kubernetes as a general compute resource for analytics related workloads, we will need to find a way of authenticating against these kerberized services from within a Kerberos deployment.

This ticket should be used to track the work of investigating possible solutions and setting out options for practical experimentation.

Outcomes

  • Report on Options for getting authentication working. Each Option should include
    • Overview
    • Path to completion
    • Time Estimate
    • Trade offs
