I made an account with a randomly generated password but my password manager failed to save it. I have not logged into it once and so I cannot use https://wikitech.wikimedia.org/ to reset it. I suspect it has something to do with T174469.

Hmm, weird. I added the email back to your account using resetUserEmail.php. I can now see it correctly on the MW database, but for whatever reason it's still showing as blank in LDAP.
