MariaDB was upgraded to version 10.5 in T301719, but it's now using the mariadb-server package, which seems to have been installed manually on the host.
This is causing Puppet to break since at least Dec 4 (oldest puppet log I could find) when it's trying to install wmf-mariadb104:
