Description

Steps to reproduce:

Get an authorization for a PROXY partner
Navigate to My Library and click Extend for this authorization # The 'Access Collection' button disappears even though the authorization hasn't expired, and the only button visible is 'Go to application'

Instead, the Extend button should be replaced with 'Go to application', with the 'Access Collection' button still accessible.
