During the 2023 pilot year for content partnerships tool development, the Content Partnerships Hub will collaborate with several organizations (in and outside the Wikimedia movement).

To make the conditions of such partnerships clearer for everyone, it will be helpful to sign mutually agreed MoUs (Memorandum of Understanding).

• Draft generic MoU(s) based on examples from other collaborations and partnerships by WMSE
• Draft specific MoU with individual organizations
• Signing of MoU by each party
• (If relevant) document/publish about the MoU so that the Wikimedia community is aware of it
