Description

Development team should be able to proactively manage incidents with incident management tools so that we can be able to meet our SLA(s).

Acceptance criteria
V2 infrastructure is integrated into incident management tool

To-Do

  • decomposition of setup for v1
  • prepare similar setup for v2 in other region - deploy all the needed lambdas and peripheral tools
  • configure relevant alarms - based on CloudWatch metrics and logs
  • verify incident raising in PagerDuty
  • configure appropriate audience in PagerDuty
  • document the setup
