This should be "wmf" group, not "nda", I think. based on:

"WMF staff and contractors with a wikimedia.org email address can be added to the "wmf" group on request "

while nda is "For contractors that do not exists in LDAP (i.e. they do not have a wikimedia.org email address),".

In this case they do exist in LDAP and have a -ctr email address.
