Feature summary: When using Commons data maps, users should be able to modify the properties of features, such as color and weight, to serve the purposes needed for each use case.

Use case(s): For example, in railroad maps, lines are coloured to reflect usage, but each company will have different uses for different lines. For example, this map shows all lines in the NYC system, but this map highlights the P&LE specifically, while showing it in the context of the larger NYC system. In Kartographer implementations, there is currently no way to modify features to show these differences.
