Delete unneeded local main page URL overwrite on kab.wikipedia.org

Description

  • MediaWiki Core's ./languages/i18n/kab.json defines for "mainpage" the value Asebter agejdan.
  • However, the local wiki-only overwrite in https://kab.wikipedia.org/wiki/MediaWiki:Mainpage defines Asebtar amenzu. That's also what is picked up when accessing the hostname only:

That seems to make no sense?
The page https://kab.wikipedia.org/wiki/MediaWiki:Mainpage should likely be deleted.
Readers will save a few milliseconds by one redirect less.
It will also remove that unneeded/confusing subtitle line "Redirect from..." when visiting https://kab.wikipedia.org/

There are no users listed under https://kab.wikipedia.org/wiki/Uslig:Liste_des_utilisateurs/interface-admin and https://kab.wikipedia.org/wiki/Uslig:Liste_des_utilisateurs/sysop . Idrahduetdy lost the rights to do this in 2016 when their temp adminship expired. This should probably be requested at https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Steward_requests/Miscellaneous or https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Global_sysops/Requests rather than on Phabricator.
