What happens?:
WikiMedia Commons displays a blank page with the word "reset"
What should have happened instead?:
WikiMedia commons should be displayed.

Note: This may not be a WikiMedia issue as I am accessing from a restricted network, though this has never happened before so I thought I would report this.
Note: All other WMF systems work/are accessible for me.
The following test was done on a computer on a non-restricted network:
As you can see in the screenshot WikiMedia Commons fails and the connection I made to Google for reference succeeds.

(Also, running telnet commons.wikimedia.org 443 is irrelevant as I get the same output anyway.)
