InsertLink and InsertFile dialogs of WikiEditor is too ugly, especially on mobile devices (use https://zhtrans.miraheze.org/w/index.php?title=Qwq&action=edit as an example; skin: Timeless; browser: Firefox 112.1.0 on Android):

Can these dialogs be replaced with OOUI dialogs (like those in TemplateWizard)?
