this button should be duplicated on top.

Benefits (why should this be implemented?):

if you're a new user, you can upload only 4.
on the other hand, i've tried to upload 100 something photos at once, but the wizard froze and crashed.
so, very often users only upload some images of all that would be shown.
if there is a button on top, users dont need to scroll to the bottom.
without scrolling to the bottom, users dont need to wait for all the thumbnails to load. when the thumbnails are being loaded, the process is very annoying and frustrating, because loading makes the page longer and keeps moving the upload button further down.
i've finished picking what i want to upload and want to press that button, so i dont need the other thumbnails to load. a button on top will make the process way better, especially for users with slow computers and/or networks!
