This relates to AWB. I would like to see the ability to, within the edit box, right click on a selection of text (typically a citation title) and have as one of the listed options an option to convert the capitalized text to lowercase with first letter of each word capped. This then has the title meet the requirements as expressed in English Wikipedia MOS:ALLCAPS.

I am aware of T100583 which was declined however that was a request around automation of such a facility. At the moment an editor can either edit manually or if it is a large amount of text, copy and process externally, which is rather cumbersome.

Benefits? If an AWB editor has any easy method (effectively a couple of mouse clicks) to fix large expanses of CAPITALIZED text then they are more likely to make the edit rather than ignore it.
