Description

As an engineer,

I want to have a dashboard in logstash for monitoring requests made to ores-legacy.wikimedia.org similar to the one we have for ORES, so that we can easily monitor requests and errors.
In order to be able to parse logs and create dashboards we need to make sure our logs are standardized according to WMF SRE conventions
