As a Product Manager working on Credibility data, I want to send our data reusers packaged public data about editors who are making revisions. When a WME API user queries for editor data relating to a revision, the payload should allow them to better understand what kind of editor has made the revision they have received from us. Our APIs already include a number of signals relating to editors, I would like to expand that offering.

This is only a first investigation so there is no need to produce a demo-able PoC or Prototype. This investigation should discover the limits of this data as far as use feasibility, to unblock the potential for including them in the Credibility feature product offering.

Acceptance criteria

1. The team learns whether certain data exists
2. The team learns whether certain data is accessible and useable
3. The team learns what we would need to do to make this data by WME
