As a user, I want ChatGPT's responses to summarize the correct relevant information from Wikipedia articles, so I can trust it.

Currently the ChatGPT plugin returns the first 12 passages/paragraphs of the top 4 most relevant articles returned by CirrusSearch. These passages may not always contain the relevant information for ChatGPT to summarize.

The work in this epic is to improve the plugin's ability to find the correct portions of relevant articles to return to ChatGPT to summarize.
