"Related changes" may display changes of pages that are not linked from the current
page.

I discovered this behaviour on
http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Special:Recentchangeslinked&target=User%3ASilsor%2FNeo-nazi_watchlist
which displays changes to such pages as [[Wikipedia:Sandbox]] and
[[Wikipedia:Tutorial]].
