Steps to replicate the issue (include links if applicable):
- Access Wikimedia Commons (use link).
- Go to any existing Wikimedia Commons file of type .ogg. For example, Attorney General Alberto Gonzales Testifies at a Senate Judiciary Committee Oversight Hearing.ogg.
- Click "Upload a new version of this file". This should take you to Special:Upload page for that file.
- Upload a new, edited version of the same file. This requires at least one change to the existing audio, as well as a brief summary of any changes made to complete the upload.
- Once completed, click the "Upload file" button at the bottom of the page.
What happens?:
- Redirected to Special:Upload page but instead saying [aef719d8-3ca5-4c66-8aea-5ce434273bc1] (date and time): Fatal exception of type "Wikimedia\Rdbms\DBUnexpectedError".
What should have happened instead?:
- I should have been redirected to the original file page, with the new file version reflected in the "File history" section. The upload should be successful.
Software version (skip for WMF-hosted wikis like Wikipedia): Skipped.
