Instead of doing a lot of work to get access to different newspapers one by one, I suggest to try to get access to Factiva or Nexis, because these databases include thousands of newspapers worldwide! Given that T303478 was agreed to, and that Factiva is owned by Dow Jones as well, perhaps that'll be an easy matter. While I agree that having access to thousands of papers vs one or two at a time is on some levels better, there's slightly better data via the individual papers than these mass collections, see how Ancestry or Storied's newspaper archives are just raw scans + variable quality OCR, vs NYTs hand digitized articles. Sometimes quality is better than quantity.

Thanks @Akaibu1 . We are still working with Dow Jones on the final steps but I will ask them about Factiva. Let's hope that will also be part of the access.
