Open Wikimedia Lists.
Log in with credentials
Wait.

Alternatively:

On Wikipedia Main Page, under From today's featured article
While logged in, click the By Email link
Wait.

What happens?: Continuous loading until I time out.

What should have happened instead?: I be brought to the subscription confirmation

Software version (skip for WMF-hosted wikis like Wikipedia): WMF hosted

Other information (browser name/version, screenshots, etc.): Replicated on iOS Safari, Edge, Firefox, both private browsers, following page purges, etc, different work and personal computers. Reason to believe this issue is server side.

I cannot reproduce. Please open the "Network" tab of the "Developer Tools" of your web browser, and share at which step it does not load.
