Description

Steps to replicate the issue:

Run the Application on the 'develop' branch
Go to /queue page, Observe the QueueTable pagination placement and style
Refresh the Page
After refreshing the page you will observe that the QueueTable pagination style is different as previously observed. The styles become disorganized

What should have happened instead?:
The QueueTable pagination style should remain the same after tab refresh
