Background/Goal
As a software engineer in WME, i need to understand more in depth the cpu and memory utilisation of the JVM for KSQLDB, in order to tweak it's configuration to get better performance
As a result of this ticket i expect to have suggestions on the tweaks we should do and try in dev, i also expect to have experiments in the dev environment and grafana dashboards built to support it and share.
Acceptance Criteria
- Grafana Dashboards for CPU and JVM Heap Utilisation for ksqldb
- Documented findings (in the RfC-realtime-reconnection-delay) and shared with the team
Key Tasks
- build grafana dashboards for cpu and memory monitoring for ksqldb
- Execute several connections to realtime api with different usecases and document usage
- Experiment with different values and document performance changes
