Steps to replicate the issue (include links if applicable):
- I use mw.ext.TitleBlacklit.test in a Lua module to test a blacklisted entry that is on the whitelist (like "User:7&6=thirteen", on the Wikipedia local whitelist).
What happens?:
- The module returns an object indicating that the title is blacklisted.
What should have happened instead?:
- Since the title is whitelisted it should have returned nil.
